校外住宿申请说明
Off-Campus Accommodation Application Instructions
申请条件：
①已婚的。须提供结婚证等证明材料。
②有亲属在宁波、借住亲属处的。须提供担保人（借住地住户）的身份证件、与被担保人的关系证明以及担保人签署的书面担保书和承诺书。
③确因身体原因不适宜在校内居住的。须提供由医院出具的身体诊断证明。
Application requirements:
① Married. Must provide proof of marriage certificate.
② You have relatives in Ningbo and are living in the house of your relatives. The identity document of the guarantor (resident of the borrowed place), the relationship certificate with the guaranteed person, the written guarantee and promise letter signed by the guarantor, and proof of guarantor's accommodation (property certificate or rental contract) must be provided.
③ You are physically unfit to live on campus. You must provide a medical certificate issued by a hospital in China.
申请材料 Application materials：
A.申请表（填写基本信息）

B.学生本人陈述函（主要讲清原因）
Personal Statement(Main Reason)
C.父母同意学生本人校外住宿的确认函（可以是扫描件，需要签名）
Parents' confirmation letter of student living outside(Scanned Copy with Signature)
D.父母及本人遵守中国法律并承担校外住宿全部安全责任承诺书
Parents and Student's Promise Letter
E.护照、签证及入境章复印件
F.符合三个申请条件之一的证明材料
Proof of compliance with one of the three application requirements
① Married. Must provide proof of marriage certificate and other documents.
② If you have relatives in Ningbo and are living in the house of your relatives. The identity document of the guarantor (resident of the borrowed place), the relationship certificate with the guaranteed person, and the written guarantee and undertaking signed by the guarantor must be provided.
③ If you are physically unfit to live on campus, you must provide a medical certificate issued by a hospital.
申请流程：准备申请材料（一式4份）——到所在学院审核盖章——到国交学院审核盖章——将国交学院审核后的材料交到：国交学院1份、所在学院一份、居住地派出所一份。
Application Procedure: Prepare application materials (Four copies of all materials are required) - Go to your professional college for examination and stamping（Language students please omit this step） —— Go to the International College for examination and stamping —— Submit the materials examined by International College to: One copy for the International College, one copy for your professional college（Language students please omit this step）, one copy for the police station in your place of residence, one copy for yourself.
注：如果你确定自己符合上述三个条件之一，请到10-302领取申请表，否则必须校内住宿。只有你的申请被全部审核通过后，你才有资格校外住宿。
Note: If you are sure you meet one of the three criteria above, please pick up an electronic application form in 10-302, otherwise you must be accommodated on-campus. You will only be eligible for off-campus accommodation once your application has been fully reviewed and approved.
